Starting at $200/hour — I received my Change Management Advanced Practitioner (CMAP) certification from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, and became a Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) through the Knowledge Management Institute.
While I am experienced with industry-recognized change models like the Kotter Change Model and Prosci ADKAR, I’ve developed a signature method inspired by my background as an artist, applying techniques in creativity to test and build new behaviors and processes faster. The result? Helping organizations build change agility and resilience “muscle” from Day 1 of their transformation efforts.
$200/hour — I design and implement creative workshops to help teams solve problems, make decisions, and build ownership in the broader mission of their organization. I guide them through a process that unleashes their potential to do their best work and avoid the usual pitfalls of collaboration: groupthink, a lack of outcomes, and team politics.
Business: $175/hour — Working with a team of content creators (big and small), I provide strategic leadership to develop unique content ideas and campaigns for publication across digital and analog channels. I am experienced in conducting market research to identify competitors, content trends, and target audiences specific to an organization’s service or product offerings. I participate in meetings with management and team members to identify business objectives and learn more about company products, creating content development plans and marketing metrics to support those objectives within the necessary time frame.
Copywriting/editing: $100/hour — Writing has been the single constant across my diverse career experiences. I received my B.S. in Journalism and spent years as a journalist and copyeditor in Chicago, working for the Chicago Sun-Times and The Chicago Reporter, before stepping into the world of marketing and consulting. I offer professional writing services across all mediums (website, blog, social media, long-form feature, hard news, book, and magazine), in addition to developmental editing, copyediting, and proofreading.
